Alright. I noticed over at Taschima's blog, the new Wuthering Heights cover. You can check that out Here
Well, when searching for new books I might want, I found this.

Yes. First of all, let's note comparisons. The red and white flowers. Breaking Dawn has the red pawn and the white queen. Eclipse, New Moon and Twilight has the major red eye drawer.
The other thing that bothers me is the fact that up in the corner, for those of you who can't read it, it says 'Before Bella and Edward'
Why does it even have to be compared to Bella and Edward?
Don't get me wrong, I like the Twilight Saga. I will even be posting reviews of the books on here eventually, but seriously? You don't need to have Bella and Edward on everything just to get it read.
Meh. It bothers me.

I'd expect that if they were referring to another couple that the author had written about...but to compare two completely different stories/couples seems really odd. I don't dislike Twilight, but Pride & Prejudice is one of my favorite books.
I don't understand what this world is comming to! No offense to twilight fans, but I think they are taking Twilight a little too far. I enjoyed it, but I don't like how you go into a bookstore and everywhere you look there's twilight posters, magazines, and even journals. Besides I agree they shouldn't compare differnt stories to each other, it's just wrong. Better yet, it should be a crime.
Oh no they didn't!!!
What the hell is this!!!
Oh dear...even the font is similar.
haha
I get that this gimmick might get them sales, but that's just stupid. I am not JUST going to read Wuthering Heights because it's "Bella's Favorite Book" so what the hell are they doing advertising Pride and Prejudice this way? I agree with your Meh, and include a "I spit on thee cover" of my own. Dumb.
My eyes rolled so far back in my head for this one I thought I might never see again.
Wow. This is just... Wow.
I am so sick of everything being compared to Twilight. I really, truly am. Not just because I disliked the books, but because this is just silly now.
